Kaibo Beach at Rum Point Yacht Club

@kaibobeach at Rum Point Yacht Club is where you will find two luxe restaurants – Kaibo Beach Restaurant and Upstairs at Kaibo, a coffeehouse, Kaibo Beach Espresso, and a marina. Since 1999, Kaibo is the place to relax, sink your toes into the sand, taste Caribbean flavours, play beach games, rent a lounger or doze off in a hammock. Located in Rum Point, within the North Side district, there is plenty to do if you feel more active. Within a short walk you’ll reach Starfish Point, and there is snorkelling in nearby coves, with the Bioluminescence Bay just around the point. Kyle Jenkins (forme chef from a Michelin starred restaurant in London, UK) leads the kitchen team. The menu is fresh, simple, local and special. Working with some exceptional local suppliers, the team’s aim is to demonstrate just how good modern Carribean food can be. Kaibo Beach is the place to chill, in palm-fronded shade, with your toes in the sand, and cold coconut in hand. Part thatched beach cabana, part breezy Californian cool, and a generous dose of Caribbean beach chic – you’re in for an aesthetic treat at this Cayman beachfront restaurant with outdoor grill and wood-fired pizza oven. Casual fine dining is the style; locally sourced ingredients, with simple preparation and amazing flavours. The creative menu of affordable plates is a comforting crowd pleaser, and available all day. There are also bar snacks, and a 3-course lunch available. Children are very welcome and get their own menu. Dogs are equally encouraged to visit, and get a homemade dog biscuit. We recommend you try the tropical salad with red snapper and a frojito
