16/8 Intermittent Fasting is Hard But Can Be Worth It

I've started 16/8 Intermittent Fasting. It's basically limiting my consumption of food and beverages to a 8-hour window per day. That means that I need to stop eating food or drinking beverages in the remaining 16 hours. I took some weight in the past 2 months this and I was looking for ways to reduce my calorie intake. I'm starting to climb at a gym twice a week and I wanted to get a proper diet that could go along with it! I've started this intermittent fasting a few days ago and I actually feel great. I feel less tired and stressed. My body feels stronger too which is not something I have expected. It gets harder the days I want to climb but I try to double my portions when that happens. I learned that I didn't need to eat 3 times a day, that I could regulate my own eating schedule based on my needs. That told me that I need to listen more to my body
